Refund & Returns Policy
At Kalasvi, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items delivered.
You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Customized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
Email us at support@ozrit.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if damaged.
Our team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the return process.
Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.
Exchanges
We currently do not support exchanges, but you can return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
